Is this per design or per color?
Per design, at the size you send. Extra sizes of the same art are an add-on. Color count is part of the path, not a surcharge.
What if the sample is off?
Tell us what the hoop did. We adjust density, underlay, or compensation and send the file again — no extra invoice for getting it to run.
Do you auto-digitize?
No. Auto-trace is what we replace. A person builds the path for the fabric you named.
