SUBSCRIPTIONS

A desk for the month. Not a one-off hoop.

Shops that send more than one mark keep a digitizer on the clock. Pick how many files the month should hold.

On every month

  • Stitch or vector from the same month
  • Revisions on the file you sent
  • Usual paths in 12–48 hours
  • Pause before the next cycle

Why shops book a month

A lower cost per file

A month lands cheaper than booking left chests one by one. The bigger the desk, the less you pay per path.

The same digitizer every time

One person learns your fabric and marks. You are not a new ticket every Friday.

Delivery you can plan around

Usual paths land in 12–48 hours. Book the hoop against a date, not a waiting list.

Revisions at no extra cost

If a sample is off, we adjust. That does not spend another file unless you change the art.

The price on the card is the price

No stitch-count add-on after the path is built. Extra sizes count as another file — you see that before you send.

Any format your machine loads

DST, PES, EMB, JEF, or the pack you name. We send what you already run.

Your files stay on file

We keep the path. Ask for it again next season without starting from a blank artboard.

Pause when the hoop is quiet

A dead month does not have to bill. Write us before the next cycle and we hold the desk.

A DIFFERENT MONTH

The tiers do not fit. Tell us the hoop.

A short season, a huge catalog, or a shop that only runs caps — write the month you actually need.

Before you book a month

Does a month cover stitch files and vectors?

Yes. A file is a job — a stitch path or a rebuilt edge. Say which one when you send the art.

What counts as a file?

One mark, at one size, on one product. A left chest and a cap of the same logo are two files. A small height tweak that does not need a new path is not.

Are revisions another file?

No. If a sample gaps or fills in, we adjust. A new size or a new mark is another file.

Can I pause or stop?

Write before the next cycle. We hold the desk. You are not billed for a month you did not run.

How do I send the art?

Same brief as a one-off: artwork, size, fabric, and format. Use Contact or the email we send when the month starts.

What if I burn the month early?

Tell us. Extra files in the same cycle are quoted at the month’s per-file rate — not a surprise hoop price.
