What we collect
When you place an order or send a brief, we keep the name, email, size, fabric, format, and artwork you give us so a digitizer can build the path. Cart items stay in your browser until you send the pack.
LEGAL
Artwork, emails, and hoop details stay with the job. We do not sell them, and we do not use auto-trace tools on what you upload.
When you place an order or send a brief, we keep the name, email, size, fabric, format, and artwork you give us so a digitizer can build the path. Cart items stay in your browser until you send the pack.
Files and notes are used to quote, digitize, revise, and deliver the stitch pack. We may write back about the hoop, density, or a sample. We do not train public models on your art, and we do not pass it to another shop.
We keep job files long enough to support revisions and a later size of the same mark. Ask us to delete a brief and we will, unless we still need it to finish an open order.
The ready-design cart lives in local storage on your device. We do not use it to track you across other sites.
The site assistant stores the questions you ask for about 90 days so we can improve answers. If you leave your name and email to talk to a person, that thread is kept with other job records and we email you if a reply sits unread. A small cookie remembers that chat on this browser.
Write to [email protected] if you want a copy of what we hold for a job, or if you want it removed.
